[FR] Height/layer as persistent info

The persistent temperature info on the TFT is a great feature. It would be useful for me if also the height and layer could be shown (height/layer). Usually I care more about the height/layer than the temperature because I might need to interact with the printer at a certain height/layer. The fan speed could also be a useful number to show persistently, as that is also something that I sometimes need to dynamically interact with, and the values change during the print. Perhaps one could configure which persistent info should be displayed.
