Filament Retraction after Filament Runout Resume

Hello guys,

I set the filament sensor and it works flawlessly until I press resume after loading filament, it goes where it left but instead of starting printing it unloads the filament and goes to XY 0 position and tries to come back to the printing position but nozzle hits the bed and rubs it till it goes to the print position but I reset the printer earlier not to scratch the bed and nozzle.

Any ideas?
