Allow users to create multiple organizations

Currently a user can only create a single organization when they first create an account. If they get added via an invitation, then they don't even create a new organization.

This can be inconvenient for users who don't want to have to juggle multiple logins. It would be much more convenient to allow them to create multiple organizations.
