spike

Spiking neural network simulator

This project is written in C, parallelised with OpenMP and requires the GNU Scientific Library (for pseudo RNGs). Data analysis is conducted with the accompanying Matlab files.

It was developed under OS X and includes Xcode project files and a Makefile.

Released under the BSD license.
