Description

It would be great if Ballerina could be added to the Windows Package Manager.
Then, Ballerina could be installed on Windows with this command winget install ballerina which would be quite convenient.
Also, other programming languages (like python and rust) have adopted this Package Manager.

Describe your problem(s)

Easily install ballerina via winget

Describe your solution(s)

Create a PR in the winget-pkgs repository to add ballerina: https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs

I've created a PR here microsoft/winget-pkgs#178059 to add Ballerina 2201.10.0 to winget. After this is merged, I would also like to add version 2201.10.1.

Since ballerina is running in a jar and is not a compiled programm it is currently not possible to be added.
