[Priority] Document Release versioning

We need to document draft releases and the process associated with it. Maybe along with the draft release, we can have a documentation page for the releases section itself. Explaining the different fields. We can discuss further what the page can look like and what will it contain.

At the moment, we only have documentation in balena-cli: https://www.balena.io/docs/reference/balena-cli/#release-finalize-commitorid which is not enough.

Edit: It seems you can finalize draft releases using the UI. But the process is pretty sneaky. So we should definitely write something about it. Maybe a new page in deploy section called Draft releases.
