https://github.com/baidu/lac/blob/master/java/README.md里提到的fluid_inference.tgz失效了，重定向到了新的页面。尝试手动从源码编译也失败了，希望能更新一下fluid_inference.tgz链接，非常感谢您！

同求，我虽然paddle源码编译成功了，但是在编译lac demo的时候还是失败啦
