Show extracted responses in first level review

Feature Description

• in the review manager, show an additional plot option "Extracted responses" at the bottom under "Figure selection", both for GLMs and DCMs
• when this is selected, call pspm_extract_segments with first argument model and second argument modelfile
• plot the returned data in a multi-line plot in one figure panel (similar to the reconstructed response plot): for each cell in the returned segments.segments, plot the field segments.segments{k}.mean as a line in the plot
