Supporting edfapi version 4.x for eye link data

Feature Description

Our users have reported the eye link data converted with the tool edfapi version higher than 4.0 may cause importing issue with PsPM in the latest version 6.0. This issue has appeared recently, and we have made attempts of adding the support for higher edfapi versions, but the problem does not seem to be fully resolved according to other user's reports. We are requesting users to use edfapi version 3.x currently as we wrote the importing function based on this version, but it may be useful to add support for higher edfapi versions in the future.
