The rewardtime option is not found, please help me to fix it

Please just help with this issue in a separate PR if you find how, because I want to push some changes too, i'm just stuck on this

Config: Missing property RewardTime in all config files, at least the .dist file must contain: "RewardTime = 1"

same issue on last az with the last mod version on ubuntu 20
