Describe your feature request or suggestion in detail

There are some Bosses/NPCs that are still impossible to defeat solo even with this module, due to abilities that can only be countered by another players or that aren`t being scaled properly:

Icecrown Citadel
Lord Marrowgar
bone spike, impossible to get out unless you`re a hunter and order you pet to destroy the spike and free you

Sister Svalna
impaling spear, another player needs to get it out of you

Black Temple
High Warlord Naj'entus
impaling spear, same as Sister Svalna

Zul'gurub
High Priestess Jeklik
starts raining fire on player for 1000-1500 damage every few seconds, doesn`t seem scaled

Bloodlord Mandokir
2000 damage ram attack, doesn`t seem scaled

Magtheridon`s lair
hellfire channeler
constantly casts fear and heals itself and others with zero mana cost

Describe a possible solution to your feature or suggestion in detail

The ability to prevent them from using those abilities, and fix those that aren`t scaling.
