Current Behaviour

When you charge, intercept or intervene some one player or NPC after that you are slowed like 50% maybe for one second. This is not happening every time you charge its like a 50% of the charge. I notice the same thing when you are flaying with flying mount and lands on the ground the first second after the landing you are slowed and then you start running with the speed you have to run.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Normal behaviour: if you don't have any slow spells on you is after you charge you running with normal speed. Or with flying mounts after lands you have to run with 100% on the ground without anything to slow you.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Find a target and charge it the first second after charge you are slowed happens 50% of the time.
Fly with the flying mount (to see it more clearly with 280% is better) lands on the ground without dismount the character should run with 100% mount speed but the first seconds after landing is slowed.
