New ACK Service Controller

Support for Service Quotas. This will help improve the automation efforts to automatically file quota increase requests as needed.

List of API resources

List the API resources in order of importance to you:

  1. RequestServiceQuotaIncrease
  2. GetServiceQuota
  3. ListServiceQuotas
  4. ListServices
