Why do we need this improvement?

This should help us get rid of the security vulnarablities of the current Next.js 12 and upgrade it to Next 14

How will this change help?

It will remove the version incomaptablities that may arise in the future.

1. We need to upgrade the versions in package.json
2. Check if all the features/components in the site are still functional
3. Provide resources utilised in the pull request
