Pull-request Metrics - App setup (POC)

Hey Folks,

While i'm working on this issue we decided to not reinvent the wheel and use https://pullpo.io/.

The why

At AsyncAPI, we prioritize the prompt acknowledgment of new contributors who submit pull requests, offering timely code reviews, and ensuring efficient code merging. We view this quick turnaround time for reviews as a vital indicator on how successful we are at engaging our community of contributors.

The what

https://pullpo.io team who are graciously offering a paid plan to AsyncAPI initiative will help us to:

• Get the insights we need
• Setup KPIs and get slack alerts
• Help current code owner to make informed decisions based on insights

The How

https://pullpo.io require to install a Github app in the organisation level with the possibility to choose specific repos.
We suggest to do that in 2 phases:

POC stage

We can install this app in 3 repos: studio, glee and cli

Why 3 and not only 1 ? because the tool aggregate insights, and we would like to test that as well.

To do that we need code owners approvals, if you accept react to this thread or comment by 👍

Production stage

We will add the app in the remaining repos:

• asyncapi-react
• bindings
• parser-js
• spec
• spec-json-schemas
• parser-api

Consequences

• A new dashboard https://pullpo.io will be available to see the insights
• Alerts of PRs not meeting the KPIs will be notified in a dedicated slack channel

@derberg don't hesitate to suggest other repos that you think we should monitor (website ?)

Yeah, count on my vote. I think it's important we test it first and then if we find it useful we can roll it out to other repos if maintainers want it.
