Rename SIG meeting to Community meeting and live stream it

Once we do #245

I'd like us to take the opportunity to rebrand the SIG (Special Interest Group) meeting that we have every 2 weeks.

• SIG is super-secret name that says nothing, I propose we call it "AsyncAPI Community" meeting
• Instead of just doing zoom, we should also live stream the meeting to our social accounts, to enable those that cannot join life to participate at least through youtube live chat

I think this is a great idea! I actually did find myself trying to look for a live stream of the SIG meeting so I could tune in while working on some other things today. Seems like a good call to start live streaming them!

"AsyncAPI Community Meeting" is a great name suggestion as SIG didn't make sense to me when I first joined the org. I am all for it!
