udacicty drive.py running but not connected to server
  solution:
    1. conda uninstall python-socketio
    2. pip3 install python-socketio
    
    if this doesn't work then please isntall/downgrade python socket io to 4.2.1
    
       pip3 install python-socketio==4.2.1
