Ruff doesn't warn about

    cases = 1
    count = 0
    print("Case " + str(cases) + ": " + str(count))

but it'd be nice if it emitted a warning and offered an autofix like

    cases = 1
    count = 0
    print(f'Case {cases}: {count}')
