Add initial weights of ADE 100

Linked to this release are the weights after the first step in ADE, once it has learned 100 classes.

Those weights can then be used by any model (PLOP, MiB, ILT) to learn the incremental tasks.

Good for ADE 100-50, 100-10, and 100-5.

Use those weights to skip the long first step.

I attach to this release the weights of the ResNet pretrained on ImageNet.
