Description

https://github.com/arr-ai/arrai/pull/176/files#diff-a3e870fb231552d745f5de5313bb0381R9-R23 collapsed the package listing to only top level entries, which isn't informative enough for someone wanting to peruse the standard library. It should be more like Python's library docs: https://docs.python.org/3/library/index.html.

While my preference would be for each second-level entry to have its own file to link to, for now it suffices to have #refs into the current files.
