Currently containing 59 images of CXR/CT related to COVID-19 PCR positive cases. Only could be viewed in their viewer which draws a ruler over the image, which will result in overfitting to the ruler sign as there are only 450 images in the COVID-CXNet dataset. (hence, will be addressed later)

Some methods for sign removal, like the ones implemented for text removal, can help with situations in which dataset size is small and there are signs, letters, dates, etc. written on the image as part of the imaging procedure in clinics.
