Using Bolton's formula for the saturation vapor pressure may not be the best idea. #2

Per conversation with @mattigel, some of the functions in src/physicsfunctions.jl are approximations that may not be appropriate. In particular, the Bolton's formula in herefor saturation vapor pressure may give incorrect results.

To do: consider using the thermodynamics from Thermodynamics.jl if it is lightweight enough or use a different formulation.

Caveats: We will need to remove the objective of validating against Emanuel's and Gilford's implementation and we will need a different way to validate.

Other potentially problematic approximations: LCL
