Sedona website favicon checker issues and missing files

Expected behavior

We should pass most of the basic favicon tests.

Actual behavior

We have some missing files and overall some favicon issues:

Settings

Apache Spark version = ?

Apache Flink version = ?

Python version = ?

Environment = Standalone, AWS EC2, EMR, Azure, Databricks?
