How to remove invidual interfaces from port-channels / lag interfaces

I wish to remove a single interface from a lag (interface 1/1/30 in the example below), I have tried the following:

os10_lag:
port-channel 29:
type: dynamic
channel_members:
- port: ethernet 1/1/29
mode: active
lacp_rate_fast: true
- port: ethernet 1/1/30
mode: active
state: absent <<<<-----

This does not seem to do anything. Is there a way to remove individual channel members from a port-channel?
