[BUG]: 2.17.0 changlog claims CSV export support. Where is it? #15920

Checked for duplicates?

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

Click triple dot menu, go to "export...", "export format". No CSV option.

Likewise, in the doc, no mention of CSV export.

Expected behaviour

The changelog claimed support for CSV export. It should be mentioned in the doc and able to be selected in this menu.

Actual behaviour

Neither of these things.

It's the cards/notes in plain text option

No it isn't. There is a checkbox about html, that's all. The output of the export just has the question field of my cards on a line by itself with nothing else.

Again, this isn't what I'm seeing.

Also, I said it's missing from the doc. You can't tell me it's in there, just search for it. At a minimum, this ticket should be a reason to add it to the doc.
