Issue in plotting negative bar chart in 3D

Question

I want to plot a bar chart in 3D. For normal (positive values) its working fine but when i tried to render one with negative values the chart looks a bit distorted.
Please find the code below.

It's a bug on our side. I am afraid I can not promise when and if it will be fixed.
