Continuing from #221 :

2. Direct PIN-based login for a local non-admin user, without providing amahi.org credentials.

This will be based on top of work done for Non Admin User and PIN based login #221
A direct link to the PIN login screen will be shown on the main login screen
Without providing the amahi.org credentials, a user can directly go the PIN login screen and provide a PIN to directly login into a nearby HDA available in the local network
