Having the text "Find" was an accessibility issue, raised by DAC. We have used more specific text to clarify what that button does.

Update the button text on licence finder pages to be clearer to screen reader users
Why
The button text "find" was ambiguous on the licence finder pages. This makes it clearer that it is finding the local council details.
