Thanks @Mmoncadaisla

A few questions

  • The models appear to be listed on p.7 (Table 3)?
  • Is BT aboveground biomass of the tree, something else?
  • Is BF biomass of stem, something else?
  • Not sure where the BEFs are listed, can you point that out?

Thanks for taking a look so quickly @brycefrank ❤️

  • The models appear to be listed on p.7 (Table 3)?

Indeed, however if you download the publication as a PDF from the provided link there is one extra heading page.

  • Is BT aboveground biomass of the tree, something else?
  • Is BF biomass of stem, something else?

BT is total aboveground biomass of the tree
BF is stem biomass
BTR is total branch biomass
BRS is total branch dry biomass
BRMay5cm is total biomass for branches > 5cm diameter
BRMen5cm is total biomass for branches < 5cm diameter
BH is biomass from leaves

  • Not sure where the BEFs are listed, can you point that out?

Perhaps the terminology I used is not correct 🤔 I was referring to the relation between BT and BF that provides how much biomass corresponds to everything but the tree stem, which is not explicitly given but can be inferred from these two params.

Thanks @Mmoncadaisla

I think I will leave the BEF out, I tend to be conservative with respect to models (or I suppose "relationships" more broadly) that are not explicitly stated in the paper. If BEF is made by taking the quotient of two other models, I would just leave the end user to do that themselves. If these are stated/used in the paper I will add them, but tough for me to know given the language barrier.

I should have the biomass models up shortly!
