Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Other languages, especially neighbouring languages, wants to be able to evaluate models too.

Describe the solution you'd like
A --language argument, which supports several languages. To start with, Danish, Norwegian and Swedish. This would require extending TaskConfig with a language parameter, and adding separate task configs for each language/task combination.
