less than 0 for rotation axis is possbile

The up/down arrows tooltip say "Please select a value that is no less thn 0" but sometimes you need to rotate the image counterclockwise (negative values).
And it is possible to use negative values (less than 0) if you digit them directly. Can't use the arrow but can insert -1 for example... I think this is a useful tip ;) unless you're planning to support less than 0 with the arrows :)
