Hi @adrhill,

First, I want to say I really love the work you guys done in this repo!)
And to the point at hand, any chance you guys could help with this feature?
Its important since using native TF2 (w/o disabling eager execution) has significant ramifications when using the repo :)

btw, I tried updating to GradientTape but I think it gave an error that you cant run it within an existent session.
