Currently, some maps have cells at the edges which are surrounded by impassable
obstacles, and the AI might randomly deploy into that location, which is
usually inaccessible even to rockets.
The logic which selects potential deployment locations should use a simple test
of whether the neighboring 4 (8?) cells are actually passable.
