akamai cli exit code is always 0

Hi, Team!
Whenever we perform an "akamai property-manager merge [..]" in order to check the validity of the code, akamai cli's exit code equals to 0, no matter if there were any warnings and/or errors, like when "There are validation errors: ".
It would be nice for the cli to returns with a different exit code, letting us know that something not-so-good happened.

This issue is related with cli-property-manager itself. Could you please open issue there https://github.com/akamai/cli-property-manager/issues.
