Using the interactive CR framework developed in #41, provide visibility into deployment status via AirshipUI. These may include the following:

  • Current deployment step
    -- What command is running
    -- Step details
    -- Log access, etc.
  • Percent complete (based on time and steps remaining)

Working examples so we can get data in / out of the CR would be needed for us to work on and / or a design discussion is needed.

Does this tie into LMA? Is this more about log access? Not necessarily reading from the phaseManifest as outlined in airshipit/airshipctl#335
