在录之前 , 务必保证录制的权限已经获取 , 特别是 android 6.0 + 的手机

刚才测试的时候用的是魅族5.0，而且是直接运行Demo录音，录音已经授权了，MP3文件也有，但是拿出来是播放不了的。
