Install

Ubuntu 20 and 22

Clone the repo.
cd into the repo.
Run <REPO_ROOT>/scripts/setup.sh to automatically install the dependencies and the pre-commit hooks

Windows 10

Get a Linux based operating system
If you absolutely have to use windows, install Windows Subsystem Linux 2 (WSL 2), and install Ubuntu 22.04 inside WSL2.
Follow the Ubuntu instructions using the WSL2 terminal. (VSCode offers an easy way to connect to WSL for development)
