Add ability to hard-code initialization info back in

For those not wanting to (or able to) config via cmi.launch_data, update to allow another path to initialize required data (like endpoint, activityId, etc)

This is handled in the SCORM to xAPI wrapper repo. This example will ways use initialization via manifest.

HOWEVER - update the conversion wrapper files once changes are made in the scorm-to-xapi-wrapper.
