spoor error messages: switch to using Notify for all error messages

As suggested by @tomgreenfield here we might as well switch from using window.confirm over to Adapt.notify for displaying all SCORM errors - as the confirm dialog in some browsers (like Firefox) isn't great if the message to be displayed contains very long strings (such as the suspend data string).
