_restoreStateOnLanguageChange not working when trickle enabled

When using _restoreStateOnLanguageChange:true state (progress) isn't retained when switching languages if trickle is enabled

Your environment

• v5.32.2
• any device+browser

Steps to reproduce

Use the default framework course, duplicate the English language to create e.g. German. Enable adapt-contrib-languagePicker and set trickle to be enabled in a-05. Open the course and complete some content in the Presentation Components page. Switch to the other language and notice that completion is reset. This does not occur if trickle is disabled for a-05.

Expected behaviour

State (progress) should be restored correctly.

Fixed by adaptlearning/adapt-contrib-trickle@v7.0.0...v7.0.1

Perhaps needed a more significant version bump!
