Describe your issue

The logs are not coloured as expected in the action.
Looking at https://github.com/actions/toolkit/tree/main/packages/core makes me think that the chalk support is not supported as expected and using the ansi https://github.com/chalk/ansi-styles notation would probably fix this issue.
I can provide a PR.
