Following on from #105, we currently inherit the Crown favicon from GOV.UK Frontend and need to replace it with the ATE logo.

The headIcons page template option allows us to override the default favicons.

We should use the crest for our favicon, as implied by ATE's brand guidelines for the Twitter avatar:
