What can I do to make this work?

A couple of questions:

Typically when this issue is seen it is due to the following factors, but mainly the version of 'curl' that comes with your distribution and it contains bugs that have been fixed.

The work around for this is detailed in the troubleshooting steps:

  1. Downgrade the 'onedrive' client to use IPv4 and HTTP/1.1 only
  2. Upgrade your 'curl' version to something more modern

This is the only option to solve your problem.
