Unable to Fish with Self-Crafted Only Challenge (And Other Quest Incompatabilities)

Since you can't equip (or create) a fishing rod, you are unable to fish in-game during this challenge.

You need to equip quest items to succeed quests:

Death Knight starting zone -> quest to get secret from Scarlet Crusader: https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=12720/how-to-win-friends-and-influence-enemies

Duskwood -> kill Morbent Fel, need to remove the immunity barrier https://www.wowhead.com/classic/quest=55/morbent-fel

Thank you for the reports. I agree there definitely needs to be a list of items excluded from the self-crafted rule. My hands are a little full at the moment but I'll try to add this feature as soon as I have time. If anyone is available to submit a PR with the necessary changes, I'd be glad to merge it in.
