[Feature Request] Custom Seek Duration

By default when you press ← or → arrow keys the video skips by 5 seconds. On youtube mobile, double tapping on the screen in the app seeks 10 seconds forwards / backwards

A setting that allows this value to be changed would be nice.

NOTE: By default this value is scaled by video speed, for example if you set playback to 2x and press -> it will seek 10 seconds (2 * 5 s) (GUI will still show 5 seconds though).
So an additional checkbox to disable this default functionality would be useful.
