Add a setting to render past events only

Include a setting in the calendar whereby users can opt to display only past events, that updates the events listed as time progresses. As it currently stands this needs to be done manually via the Events setting as seen here: https://nimb.ws/E1FLHZ . As time progresses the time period needs to be changed manually again.
