小姐姐在训练过程中，过拟合现象严重吗？为什么我训练的有接近20%的误差。

训练太多epoch就有这种现象，你最好计算每个epoch的miou，保存best_miou对应的模型

我的数据集其实就是就切了一下，数据处理比较菜，没有做数据增强
