Consider adding the ability to increase width of quotes

This came up in a recent usability test feedback but I think whilst we've considered it before, we should again. Quotes having the ability to be partial or full width could be great for layouts. I understand letting themes control, but just adding this like images (if the theme supports) I think would enable users to create more interesting layouts, they want to do it for example, they feel they are failing when it's an option missing:

We also wanted to increase the width of the quote column but failed.
