The keepAliveConfig business should be configurable per GDL90 device in the YAML. This is only relevant in ForeFlight since it is broadcasting and announcing itself. However this has nothing to do with GDL-90, so other consumers of GDL-90(and there is a few) don't really have to abide by the same rule.
