[Bug] High CPU utilization with 2 x 2MB files open when windows are not active

What's the issue you encountered?

I have two copies of ImHex open each displaying a 2MB file that I'm comparing. I noticed that when the ImHex windows are active CPU utilization seems to be low, but when the windows are not active CPU utilization jumps to >80% (see htop screenshot).

How can the issue be reproduced?

I do not suspect that this issue is related to these two files specifically but I have provided them nevertheless.

• Open two copies of ImHex.
• Open fileA.bin in one instance.
• Open fileB.bin in the other instance.
• Open other application(s) such that ImHex loses focus.
• Monitor CPU utilization using htop.
